Avbokningsavgifter

Vi tar inte ut någon avgift för bokningar som avbeställs 7 dagar eller mer före hämtningstidpunkten. Om du avbeställer din bokning efter denna tid gäller följande avgifter:

• Om du avbeställer bokningen mindre än 7 dagar före upphämtningstiden debiteras du hela kostnaden för bokningen eller upp till högst 280 SEK, beroende på vilket som är lägst.
• Om du avbeställer bokningen mindre än 24 timmar före upphämtningstiden debiteras du hela kostnaden för bokningen eller upp till högst 700 SEK, beroende på vilket som är lägst.

Avgifterna ovan gäller för samtliga länder med untantag för Storbritannien där följande avgifter gäller:

• Om du avbokar bokningen mindre än 7 dagar före upphämtningstiden debiteras du antingen hela beloppet för bokningen eller max 488 SEK om bokningskostnaden är högre än 488 SEK.
• Om du avbokar bokningen mindre än 24 timmar före upphämtningstiden debiteras du hela kostnaden för bokningen.

Vid en avbokning sker återbetalning till ditt kreditkort, minus avgiften ovan.

Underlåtelse att komma

Om du underlåter att hämta bilen det angivna hämtningsdatumet förbehåller vi oss rätten att ta ut en avgift för denna underlåtelse, antingen kostnaden för bokningen eller upp till högst 700 SEK, beroende på vilket som är lägst. Om du underlåter att komma sker återbetalning till ditt kreditkort, minus underlåtelseavgiften.

Ej använda hyrdagar

Lägg märke till att eventuella hyrdagar som inte används för förbetalda bokningar ej återbetalas.

Om du inte hämtar upp din bil vid den utsatta upphämtningstiden reserverar vi oss rätten ta ut en avgift för den icke utnyttjade hyrtiden.

Austria

Additional Driver Policy

Additional Driver charge is EUR 3.75 + tax per day. There is no maximum number of additional driver's allowed per rental. Same conditions apply as per the main driver.

Age Requirements

The minimum age is 19 years for all cars. There is no maximum age. A young drivers charge of EUR 5.00 + tax per day applies to 19 - 21 year olds.

Cross Border Policy

Cross border is allowed into: Andora, Belgium, Bosnia-Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Holland, Hungary, Ireland, Iceland, Italy, Luxembourg, Macedonia, Malta, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Serbia & Montenegro, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland & United Kingdom. Car groups: EDMR (Economy), CDMR (Compact), IDMR (Intermediate), ICMR (Intermediate), CWMR (Comapct Wagon-Estate), CDAR (Compact), SDMR (Standard), IDAR (Intermediate) & IWMR (Intermediate Wagon-Estate) are the only cars permitted to be driven into: Bosnia-Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Estonia, Macedonia, Poland, Romania and Serbia & Montenegro and additional insurance is required for cross border into these countries - The price depends on the number of rental days and car group but ranges from EUR 8.00 + tax to EUR 55.00 + tax per day.  A cross border fee of EUR 35.00 + tax applies for cross border into: Croatia, Czech Republic, Hungary, Slovenia and Slovakia. For cross border into Greece, there is generally no charge, unless driving through Slovakia, Hungary etc when the cross border fee will apply.  An allowance stamp on the rental agreement is required if crossing the border into any of the following countries: Bosnia-Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Estonia, Hungary, Poland, Romania, Serbia & Montenegro, Slovakia & Slovenia. It is forbidden to drive into: Albania, Belarus, Cyprus, Iran, Latvia, Lithuania, Morocco, Moldova, Russia, Tunisia, Turkey & Ukraine. All fees regarding cross border will be paid locally. Police reports are mandatory in case of an accident. Please be advised that the following areas in Germany: Berlin, Cologne and Hannover will require an 'Emissions Sticker' stating the emission of the vehicle intended to enter these areas. Without this sticker, the driver of the vehicle will be fined up to EUR 40.00 even if the car is registered abroad. Should the car not have the 'Emissions Sticker', then this can be purchased at most garages. Please be advised that due to a change in law in Germany, it is mandatory for all vehicles crossing the border into Germany to have winter tyres fitted during the Snow & Icy conditions. Customers will be fined on the spot if they are stopped by police and found to not have the appropriate winter tyres.

Delivery / Collection

During office hours (on request): EUR 7.50 + tax per for each delivery & collection within city limits. EUR 1.00 + tax per KM applies out of city limits. Out of hours (on Request): EUR 7.50 + tax per for each delivery & collection within city limits. EUR 1.00 + tax per KM applies out of city limits. An out of hours charge of EUR 45.00 + tax also applies to delivery & collections out of hours.

Insurance Excess

Loss Damage Waiver is optional and includes Collision Damage Waiver and Theft Waiver. LDW removes the drivers damage responsibility to the excess amount. If LDW is applied the renter is still responsible for the mandatory excess charge in case of damage. If LDW is declined the renter will be liable for the entire value of the damage/loss. The maximum excess that is payable in the event of one of these incidents is EUR 850.00. The maximum excess will vary depending on the vehicle you are renting, please ask at time of rental for further information on which excess applies. If you would like to reduce or remove your excess responsibility please ask the rental staff when collecting your vehicle about additional products that are on offer.

License Requirements

A full drivers license must have been held for a minimum of one year for all drivers. An international drivers permit is required. Should your driving license not be resident to the country of origin of your booking we reserve the right to charge an appropriate rate for your country of residence.

One Way Rentals

Domestic one ways are allowed between all locations free of charge and is available for all cars. International one ways are permitted - please refer to the IOWP grid.

Out of Hours Policy

After Hours are on request and cost EUR 45.00 + tax per rental.

Payment Policy

All major Credit cards (Visa, Amex, Diners & MasterCard) are accepted as well as National charge cards & National Vouchers. Cash and electronic debit cards e.g. Visa Electronic are not accepted. A deposit is required as follows: For credit card payments: (minimum) estimated rental amount, 1 damage excess charge acc agreement, 1 full tank (all inc tax). If CDW is declined: (minimum) estimated rental amount, 1 theft excess charge acc agreement, 1 full tank (all inc tax). A credit card is always required for deposits. The deposit is held on the credit card until the car is returned.

Refuelling Policy

In case the customer does not return the car with a full tank, they are charged as follows: EUR 2.45 + tax per liter for Diesel and EUR 2.35 + tax per liter for leaded/unleaded. Please note that these prices are correct as of 1st Sept 08, but are subject to change. Pre-paid options are available on request.

Special Equipment

Infant Seat - CSI - (0-12 Months or 0-13 kg) - EUR 25.00 + tax per rental. Replacement amount (deposit): EUR 180.00 + tax (EUR 216.00 inc tax). Baby Seat - CSB - (1-3 years or 9-18 kg) - EUR 25.00 + tax per rental. Replacement amount (deposit): EUR 180.00 + tax (EUR 216.00 inc tax). Toddler Seat - CST - (4-7 years or 15-30 kg) - EUR 25.00 + tax per rental. Replacement amount (deposit): EUR 180.00 + tax (EUR 216.00 inc tax). Snow Chains - SNO - EUR 25.00 + tax per rental. Replacement amount (deposit): EUR 180.00 + tax (EUR 216.00 inc tax). Navigation System - GPS - EUR 6.67 + tax per day with a maximum charge of EUR 400.00 + tax per rental. Replacement amount (deposit): EUR 400.00 + tax (EUR 480.00 inc tax). Ski Rack - Not Available All equipment is on request and is available at all locations and for all cars groups. Baby seats are not loaded in the system, if required, please add to the remarks on the reservation.

Surcharges

Airport Surcharge: 19% + tax. Contract Fee: 1% additional tax added to the Total Rental Estimate if greater than 150 Euro (Incl Tax). Winter Fee: EUR 3.50 + tax per day - applicable from 15th October to 15th April (includes winter tyres and an ice scrapper).
