Avbokningsavgifter

Vi tar inte ut någon avgift för bokningar som avbeställs 7 dagar eller mer före hämtningstidpunkten. Om du avbeställer din bokning efter denna tid gäller följande avgifter:

• Om du avbeställer bokningen mindre än 7 dagar före upphämtningstiden debiteras du hela kostnaden för bokningen eller upp till högst 280 SEK, beroende på vilket som är lägst.
• Om du avbeställer bokningen mindre än 24 timmar före upphämtningstiden debiteras du hela kostnaden för bokningen eller upp till högst 700 SEK, beroende på vilket som är lägst.

Avgifterna ovan gäller för samtliga länder med untantag för Storbritannien där följande avgifter gäller:

• Om du avbokar bokningen mindre än 7 dagar före upphämtningstiden debiteras du antingen hela beloppet för bokningen eller max 488 SEK om bokningskostnaden är högre än 488 SEK.
• Om du avbokar bokningen mindre än 24 timmar före upphämtningstiden debiteras du hela kostnaden för bokningen.

Vid en avbokning sker återbetalning till ditt kreditkort, minus avgiften ovan.

Underlåtelse att komma

Om du underlåter att hämta bilen det angivna hämtningsdatumet förbehåller vi oss rätten att ta ut en avgift för denna underlåtelse, antingen kostnaden för bokningen eller upp till högst 700 SEK, beroende på vilket som är lägst. Om du underlåter att komma sker återbetalning till ditt kreditkort, minus underlåtelseavgiften.

Ej använda hyrdagar

Lägg märke till att eventuella hyrdagar som inte används för förbetalda bokningar ej återbetalas.

Ovan nämnda avgifter gäller för alla länder förutom Storbritannien dä följande avgifter gäller:

Om du inte hämtar upp din bil vid den utsatta upphämtningstiden reserverar vi oss rätten ta ut en avgift för den icke utnyttjade hyrtiden.

Additional Driver Policy

Additional drivers maximum of 3 allowed, at a charge 7.00 EUR per driver per rental.

Age Requirements

Minimum rental age is 21 years for all cars except SVMR which has a minimum age of 23 years - There is no maximum age. Young Drivers Surcharge: 12.91 EUR (vat exc) per rental (Under25 years old)

These will be on request and charges will be advised.

Insurance Excess

Collision Damage Waiver & Theft Waiver limits the customer's financial responsibility for loss, damage or theft of the rental vehicle. The maximum excess that is payable in the event of one of these incidents is 1843.32 EUR. The maximum excess will vary depending on the vehicle you are renting, please ask at time of rental for further information on which excess applies. If you would like to reduce or remove your excess responsibility please ask the rental staff when collecting your vehicle about additional products that are on offer .

License Requirements

All valid types in roman alphabet in renters name-original licence only. Must have been held for at least 1year. Should your driving license not be resident to the country of origin of your booking we reserve the right to charge an appropriate rate for your country of residence.

One Way Rentals

Domestic - Available between Pointe-A-Pitre Airport,Gosier & Downtown only. Minimum rental 3 days, all car groups at a charge of 6.96 EUR per rental. Must be pre-booked. International - Not permitted

Out of Hours Policy

Outside office hours on request. Not Applicable on Sundays or Holidays.

Payment Policy

All major Credit Cards, National charge card, National vouchers. And Travellers cheques are allowed. Cash rentals are not permitted. A deposit is held on Credit card of 533.57 EUR, which will be refunded when the car is returned.

Refuelling Policy

Vehicle is supplied with a full tank of fuel. Return full or refuelling charges will apply, plus a service fee 5.00 EUR.

Airport surcharge is 18.44 EUR per rental (VAT excluded)
