Avbokningsavgifter

Vi tar inte ut någon avgift för bokningar som avbeställs 7 dagar eller mer före hämtningstidpunkten. Om du avbeställer din bokning efter denna tid gäller följande avgifter:

• Om du avbeställer bokningen mindre än 7 dagar före upphämtningstiden debiteras du hela kostnaden för bokningen eller upp till högst 280 SEK, beroende på vilket som är lägst.
• Om du avbeställer bokningen mindre än 24 timmar före upphämtningstiden debiteras du hela kostnaden för bokningen eller upp till högst 700 SEK, beroende på vilket som är lägst.

Avgifterna ovan gäller för samtliga länder med untantag för Storbritannien där följande avgifter gäller:

• Om du avbokar bokningen mindre än 7 dagar före upphämtningstiden debiteras du antingen hela beloppet för bokningen eller max 488 SEK om bokningskostnaden är högre än 488 SEK.
• Om du avbokar bokningen mindre än 24 timmar före upphämtningstiden debiteras du hela kostnaden för bokningen.

Vid en avbokning sker återbetalning till ditt kreditkort, minus avgiften ovan.

Underlåtelse att komma

Om du underlåter att hämta bilen det angivna hämtningsdatumet förbehåller vi oss rätten att ta ut en avgift för denna underlåtelse, antingen kostnaden för bokningen eller upp till högst 700 SEK, beroende på vilket som är lägst. Om du underlåter att komma sker återbetalning till ditt kreditkort, minus underlåtelseavgiften.

Ej använda hyrdagar

Lägg märke till att eventuella hyrdagar som inte används för förbetalda bokningar ej återbetalas.

Om du inte hämtar upp din bil vid den utsatta upphämtningstiden reserverar vi oss rätten ta ut en avgift för den icke utnyttjade hyrtiden.

Age Requirements

Minimum 18 No Maximum. Renters age 18-21 are required to purchase CDW and cannot rent with cash.

Cross Border Policy

Unrestricted Driving within the island of Guam. Fees apply to non-hotel areas (waiting on details).

Delivery / Collection

Delivery & Collection not available. Pick-up/drop-off available free of charge during office hours to/from all local hotels along Tumon Bay. Hotels outside this area are available for a charge ranging from $20 to $30, depending on distance. For out of hours pick-up and drop-off contact the Guam International Airport 649-0110. Pick-up/drop service to locations other than hotels are as follows: From Airport locations to the following locations provided below: o All piers on & off base including commercial port - $25.00 o Naval Hospital customer pick up & drop off - $20.00 o Anderson Mac terminal vehicle pickup - $25.00 o Customer pickup & drop off to and from Anderson base - $20.00 each way From Navy base office to the following locations: o Naval station base housing; barracks, camp Covington, victor & x-ray pier - $5.00 o Romeo; Sierra; & Shipyard pier - $8.00 o Kilo wharf - $10.00 o Echo pier and Polaris point - $15.00 o Andersen Airforce base terminal from the Navy office - $30.00 o Commercial Port - $25.00

Insurance Excess

COLLISION DAMAGE WAIVER (CDW) $15.95 USD per day for car groups: ECMR, ECAR, CCMR, CCAR, ICAR, ISAR, SSAR, FCAR, IPAR. PCAR $19.95/Day for car groups: MVAR, STAR Collision Damage Waiver reduces the renter's damage responsibility to the sum of the deductible. CDW $500 USD. If CDW is declined, renter is responsible for the full value of damage or theft of vehicle. THIRD PARTY LIABILITY (TPL) Third party liability included in all rates. TPL covers up to $300,000 USD per person. DEDUCTIBLE PROTECTION (DP) $ 7.95 USD per day. Deductible Protection is a supplement to CDW and can only be purchased with CDW at time of rental. This coverage reduce the CDW deductible from 500 USD to 0 USD. DP does not cover flat tires, rims, hubcaps, vandalism and non-collision.

License Requirements

Full and Valid Driver's License from country of origin. A Passport is required. Should your driving license not be resident to the country of origin of your booking we reserve the right to charge an appropriate rate for your country of residence.

One Way Rentals

Available at a cost of $10.

Out of Hours Policy

BANK AND PUBLIC HOLIDAY CLOSINGS IN 2012 Rental Office will operate normal business hours at airport location and will observe bank and public holidays only at non-airport location. They will be closed on the following dates Jan 1- New Year. May 28 - Memorial Day July 4th - Guam Independence day July 21 - Guam Liberation day Sept 3 - Labor Day Nov 22 - Thanksgiving day Dec 25 - Christmas day

Payment Policy

Passport and major credit card in customers name required at time of rental. Major Credit cards accepted: American Express, Discover Card, JCB, MasterCard & Visa. Travel/Tour & Corporate vouchers accepted. Cash rentals accepted only when CDW is purchased and security deposit is required. Cash rentals are not available for STAR/MVAR/PCAR. An authorization of $200 + estimated rental charge will be placed on credit card upon rental of vehicle. If CDW is taken, the authorization is reduced to $100. 24 hours advance notice required.

Refuelling Policy

Vehicles must be returned with the same amount of fuel as when the rental started or refueling fee will apply.

Roadside Assistance

Available 24 hours by contacting rental location at 671 649 0110. Vehicles are not allowed to be driven on unpaved roads. In the case of an accident, customer must contact local police to complete an accident report at time of accident/incident and also contact rental office immediately. 

Special Equipment

Infant/Child/Booster seats are available at $6 USD per day. On-Request Vehicle: Convertible STAR. Country will respond within 48 hours of request.

Surcharges

Airport Fee - 11.11% Customer Facility Charge - $0.50 per day per vehicle when renting from Guam Airport station. Vehicle Registration Fee - $3.00 per day. Service Fee - A 5% service fee will apply to all non airport rentals. 24 Hour advance reservation required. Maximum rental is 30 Days. Customer must renew at location.
