Avbokningsavgifter

Vi tar inte ut någon avgift för bokningar som avbeställs 7 dagar eller mer före hämtningstidpunkten. Om du avbeställer din bokning efter denna tid gäller följande avgifter:

• Om du avbeställer bokningen mindre än 7 dagar före upphämtningstiden debiteras du hela kostnaden för bokningen eller upp till högst 280 SEK, beroende på vilket som är lägst.
• Om du avbeställer bokningen mindre än 24 timmar före upphämtningstiden debiteras du hela kostnaden för bokningen eller upp till högst 700 SEK, beroende på vilket som är lägst.

Avgifterna ovan gäller för samtliga länder med untantag för Storbritannien där följande avgifter gäller:

• Om du avbokar bokningen mindre än 7 dagar före upphämtningstiden debiteras du antingen hela beloppet för bokningen eller max 488 SEK om bokningskostnaden är högre än 488 SEK.
• Om du avbokar bokningen mindre än 24 timmar före upphämtningstiden debiteras du hela kostnaden för bokningen.

Vid en avbokning sker återbetalning till ditt kreditkort, minus avgiften ovan.

Underlåtelse att komma

Om du underlåter att hämta bilen det angivna hämtningsdatumet förbehåller vi oss rätten att ta ut en avgift för denna underlåtelse, antingen kostnaden för bokningen eller upp till högst 700 SEK, beroende på vilket som är lägst. Om du underlåter att komma sker återbetalning till ditt kreditkort, minus underlåtelseavgiften.

Ej använda hyrdagar

Lägg märke till att eventuella hyrdagar som inte används för förbetalda bokningar ej återbetalas.

Ovan nämnda avgifter gäller för alla länder förutom Storbritannien dä följande avgifter gäller:

Om du inte hämtar upp din bil vid den utsatta upphämtningstiden reserverar vi oss rätten ta ut en avgift för den icke utnyttjade hyrtiden.

Saipan

Additional Driver Policy

The maximum number of additional drivers permitted per rental is four. Additional drivers fee - 10.00 USD per rental. Rental conditions apply to all additional drivers.

Age Requirements

Minimum rental age is 18 years for all car groups. There is no maximum rental age. There is no young drivers surcharge.

Cross Border Policy

Cross border travel is not permitted.

Delivery / Collection

Delivery and collections are permitted during office hours and local conditions apply. Delivery and collections are also permitted outside office hours and must be pre-booked in advance.

Insurance Excess

Collision Damage Waiver limits the customer's financial responsibility for loss or damage of the rental vehicle. The maximum excess that is payable in the event of one of these incidents is 500.00 USD. The maximum excess will vary depending on the vehicle you are renting, please ask at time of rental for further information on which excess applies. If you would like to reduce or remove your excess responsibility please ask the rental staff when collecting your vehicle about additional products that are on offer .

License Requirements

Customers must present a full and valid driving licence. An International driving licence/permit is not required.CNMI and all other US state-issued driving licences are accepted. Non-CNMI licences are also accepted but are only valid for 30 days after arrival in Saipan. Should your driving license not be resident to the country of origin of your booking we reserve the right to charge an appropriate rate for your country of residence.

One Way Rentals

One way rentals are not permitted.

Out of Hours Policy

Out of hours pickups and returns are permitted and must be pre-booked in advance.

Payment Policy

All major credit cards are accepted (American Express/Diners Club/Mastercard/Visa). JCB cards are accepted. National vouchers are accepted. National chargecards are accepted. Cash rentals are accepted. Travellers cheques in USD are accepted. A 100 USD plus estimated rental charge deposit will be placed on credit card upon rental of vehicle.  A 200 USD deposit is required if CDW is declined.  Cash deposit is available only if CDW is purchased and security deposit required.

Refuelling Policy

Vehicles must be returned with the same amount of fuel as when the rental started.

Roadside Assistance

Vehicles are not allowed to be driven on unpaved roads. Call 670-288-4400 / 670-888-6055 for breakdowns. If necessary, a replacement vehicle will be provided.

Special Equipment

Child infant seats (CSI) are available at a cost of 6.00 USD per day. 0-12 months or 0-20 Ibs. Child toddler seats (CST) are available at a cost of 5.00 USD per day. 1-4 years or 20-10 Ibs. - Child booster seats - not available. - GPS Navigation system - not available - Luggage rack - not available - Snow chains/tyres - not available - Ski rack/Snow box - not available - Winter equipped vehicle - not available - Mobile phones - not available All costs are excluding vat.

Surcharges

Airport Fee - 10 per cent. Service fee - 5 per cent for all non airport rentals.

Tax

6 Percent
