Avbokningsavgifter

Vi tar inte ut någon avgift för bokningar som avbeställs 7 dagar eller mer före hämtningstidpunkten. Om du avbeställer din bokning efter denna tid gäller följande avgifter:

• Om du avbeställer bokningen mindre än 7 dagar före upphämtningstiden debiteras du hela kostnaden för bokningen eller upp till högst 280 SEK, beroende på vilket som är lägst.
• Om du avbeställer bokningen mindre än 24 timmar före upphämtningstiden debiteras du hela kostnaden för bokningen eller upp till högst 700 SEK, beroende på vilket som är lägst.

Avgifterna ovan gäller för samtliga länder med untantag för Storbritannien där följande avgifter gäller:

• Om du avbokar bokningen mindre än 7 dagar före upphämtningstiden debiteras du antingen hela beloppet för bokningen eller max 488 SEK om bokningskostnaden är högre än 488 SEK.
• Om du avbokar bokningen mindre än 24 timmar före upphämtningstiden debiteras du hela kostnaden för bokningen.

Vid en avbokning sker återbetalning till ditt kreditkort, minus avgiften ovan.

Underlåtelse att komma

Om du underlåter att hämta bilen det angivna hämtningsdatumet förbehåller vi oss rätten att ta ut en avgift för denna underlåtelse, antingen kostnaden för bokningen eller upp till högst 700 SEK, beroende på vilket som är lägst. Om du underlåter att komma sker återbetalning till ditt kreditkort, minus underlåtelseavgiften.

Ej använda hyrdagar

Lägg märke till att eventuella hyrdagar som inte används för förbetalda bokningar ej återbetalas.

Ovan nämnda avgifter gäller för alla länder förutom Storbritannien dä följande avgifter gäller:

Om du inte hämtar upp din bil vid den utsatta upphämtningstiden reserverar vi oss rätten ta ut en avgift för den icke utnyttjade hyrtiden.

Martinique

Additional Driver Policy

Additional driver fee Euro 18.43 + VAT per person per day (Euro 20.00 inc VAT). Maximum 2 drivers allowed

Age Requirements

Minimum rental age is 23 years for all car groups except 25 years for car groups SDMR, SDAR, SVMR. There is no maximum age limit. Young drivers surcharge is Euro 27.65 + VAT per day (Euro 30.00 inc VAT), with a maximum charge of 10 days for renters under 25 years of age.

Cross Border Policy

This is not permitted.

Delivery / Collection

Delivery or Collection during office hours and out of hours are on request and charged at EURO 21.20 + VAT each way (EURO 23.00 inc VAT).

Insurance Excess

Collision Damage Waiver & Theft Waiver limits the customer's financial responsibility for loss, damage or theft of the rental vehicle. The maximum excess that is payable in the event of one of these incidents is 1100 EURO. The maximum excess will vary depending on the vehicle you are renting, please ask at time of rental for further information on which excess applies. If you would like to reduce or remove your excess responsibility please ask the rental staff when collecting your vehicle about additional products that are on offer .

License Requirements

Licence must have been held for at least two years. International driving licence is not required. Should your driving license not be resident to the country of origin of your booking we reserve the right to charge an appropriate rate for your country of residence.

One Way Rentals

One ways are allowed within the island with no charge except car groups SVMR Euro 35 inc VAT. Minimum rental 3 days. Available for all cars, must be pre-booked. International one ways are not permitted.

Out of Hours Policy

Delivery & Collection outside office hours and on holidays is on request only. Customers are responsible for the rented vehicle in the case of an out of hours return, until the rental location opens the next working day.

Payment Policy

All major Credit Cards are accepted (Visa, American Express, MasterCard & Diners). National charge cards & National Vouchers are also accepted. Cash rentals are permitted. Travellers Cheques & Eurocheques are not allowed. A Deposit of the length of rental + Km + Insurance + taxes + refuelling + 20% is required for cash and credit card rentals which is held on the credit card until the vehicle is returned. A credit card is always required for deposits. Travellers cheques are accepted.

Refuelling Policy

Service charge: EURO 7.38 + VAT (EURO 8.00 inc VAT) per rental if refuelling is needed at check in.

Roadside Assistance

A replacement car will be provided if necessary incase of accident or breakdown, 24 hours, 7 days a week.

Special Equipment

Booster Seat - BST = Euro 15.67 + VAT per rental (EURO 17.00 inc VAT). There is no maximum charge. Infant Seat - CSI = Euro 21.20 + VAT per rental (EURO 23.00 inc VAT). There is no maximum charge. GPS is available on request with 24hrs advanced notice required at a charge of EURO 10 (tax included) per day with a maximum of Euro 150 (tax included) per rental and is available at all locations and for all cars. It is a portable device. All equipment is on freesale and 24 hours advance notice is required. Equipment is available for all cars.

Surcharges

Airport surcharge is Euro 4.61 + VAT per day (EURO 5.00 inc VAT) with a maximum charge of Euro 23.04 + VAT (EURO 25.00 inc VAT)
